Toddler Mode is an iPhone app by Boulevard North that lets an adult create a restricted play space on their own device for a child in their care. These terms are an agreement between you (the account holder, who must be 18 or older) and Boulevard North.
You're responsible for keeping your password, PIN, and security answers private, and for choosing a PIN your child doesn't know. Anyone with your PIN can exit Toddler Mode.
Toddler Mode offers a free 14-day trial, then a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID, monthly or yearly, per child profile as shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your App Store settings, and canceling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Toddler Mode is a tool that helps you control what a child sees on your phone. It is not a substitute for adult supervision, and no software lock is unbreakable. Apple does not allow apps to disable hardware buttons, so without Apple's Guided Access enabled, a child can still exit to the device home screen. You remain responsible for your device and for supervising children using it.
Don't attempt to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose. Content you approve into a child's world must be content you have the right to use.
You can stop using Toddler Mode and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Toddler Mode is provided as-is, and Boulevard North's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local law says can't be limited.
